David Wickboldt and his family

Dear Friends and Family,

We are creating this GoFundMe in support of our dear friend, David Wickboldt. Over the past six years David had been struggling with some on and off again intestinal issues. About 4 weeks ago he became quite ill and ended up in the hospital. It was here that they discovered a tumor and diagnosed him with Rectal Cancer.

David will be starting radiation treatment on Monday, October 24th and will follow with chemotherapy treatment in hopes of shrinking the tumor.

Today we kindly ask for your support as David must take time away from his full-time job/business to undergo many weeks of intense treatments and to help him alleviate the cost of living, medical expenses and co-pays associated with treatment. In addition to these expenses their car was recently hit and totaled by an uninsured driver, they are currently in the processes of looking for a replacement.

As friends and Family, we aim to take some financial burden off his shoulders and help cover short-term expenses so he can focus on getting better.

Every dollar raised from this GoFundMe will go directly to David and his family.
