DAVID ZOLLER AND FAMILY

Hello, my name is Terri. I am fundraising for my son, David, who recently passed away. He was admitted to the hospital with symptoms of a heart attack. The diagnosis was a pulmonary embolism. He was sent him home with blood thinners and a little pain medication. It is unknown why they did not admit him to monitor his symptoms and excruciating pain. He died in his home two days later. Danny, his six-year old son is now in my care.

David loved life. He was easy-going and fun to be around. He could find the good in everyone, and was always eager to help others. Growing up he was in the Boy Scouts, after graduating high school he became an EMT. He helped run his uncle's screen-printing  business, Newport Shirt Company off-and-on ten years. Later in life he worked as the activities director at Able To Change Rehab.  He loved body surfing, and riding & working on his motorcycle. More than anything, Dave loved being a father and often said that Danny was the highlight of his life. 

We are asking for donations to the family to help cover funeral expenses and legal fees towards obtaining legal Guardianship of Danny. I have already been granted temporary Guardianship and hope to fulfill David's final wishes that Danny be raised in my stable and loving home.
