David Cluff's Cochlear Implant
Donation protected
My name is David. I am deaf and wear cochlear implants to hear the voices of my family and those around me. Recently, the manufacturer that makes my cochlear implant discontinued all the products to support my left ear. They came out with a new cochlear implant processor that I will need to upgrade to in order to ensure the best hearing and support.
This summer I am planning on making that upgrade and the insurance should be able to cover most of the cost. The upgrade for the processor is around $10,000. If everything goes smoothly, we should only have to worry about $3,000 of it. This is where you come in. I need your help to make this happen. Do you think we can reach this goal by the end of July?
My hearing story all started with the support of family and friends at age six. As a young father of two little boys, I continue to seek the support of those around me to help me continue to hear the world around me.
My family and I thank you in advance for any donations you are able to give.
