David's 1000 mile cycle
David is a very keen volunteer at the Forget me not Charity, Huddersfield and has done many fundraising events over the years. David enjoys bucket collecting and bag packing in local supermarkets weekly however this is on hold due to the current Covid situations. David wants to continue to raise money for the Forget me not from the comfort of his own home.
David is 79 years young and has chosen to try and raise £1000 for the Forget me not by cycling 1000 miles over a month period. He is doing this on the drive way of his home.
A couple of years ago David fulfilled his dream to do a skydive and raised a good amount of money so it's within hope that his fundraising continues to help make a difference to people who need it. David is very fond of the Forget me not. This is all for a fantastic cause.
Do you want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money in aid of Forget Me Not Children's Hospice and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
More information about Forget Me Not Children's Hospice: Forget Me Not Childrens Hospice cares for children with a life shortening condition and their families across West Yorkshire at Russell House. We support these families in many different ways to make their lives just a little bit easier and we could not do it with your support. Each year we need to raise more than 4.5 million pounds, and with only 3 percent of this coming from the government your support is vital. Thank you so much for fundraising for Forget Me Not Childrens Hospice
