David's Recovery: A Family in Need

Hello,

My name is David, and recently I went from a good job as a truck driver and thriving life, to life in a wheelchair due to a motorcycle accident that happened on Nov, 23rd 2024 that has left me paralyzed from the waist down. I've never been one to ask for charity or a hand out, but due to my accident and the inability to work me and my family are now just getting by with my wife being the only one working, we have applied for state assistance and SSDI but these things take time and in the meantime I hate to admit it but we are struggling with some things such as medical bills, groceries, and modifications needed to our home to make it so I can access things being in a wheelchair.

I never thought I'd be in this situation, and it comes with great stress that I am asking for help, but at this point I see no other means but to ask friends and family, and even strangers that may see this for help. I've sold what I can sell and have looked at many options, but even at this point I am looking at bankruptcy and losing vehicles and even recreational vehicles that I worked so very hard to obtain before I became disabled.

So if anyone can help it would be very much apricated. My family and I would thank you greatly.
