Please help raise attorney fees for David Warden

Hello everyone, I have started this Go Fund Me page to help raise money for my husband David Warden's mounting legal fees. Unfortunately, David was involved in a tragic car accident that took the life of a young woman. We are deeply sorry that this happened. Our hearts go out to her family, knowing they are grieving her loss. It was horrible, and we have all been devastated since it happened. We wanted to convey our condolences, however, we were advised by our attorney not to contact her family. My husband is a law-abiding citizen who has never been in any trouble. However, the District Attorney still saw fit to charge him with involuntary manslaughter.

My husband is also an active member in our christian congregation. He respects God's view on life and would never ever intentionally hurt anyone.

Furthermore, we both have worked hard during our younger years, and fortunately never needed financial assistance from anyone. However, we are now retired, up in years and not in good health. Therefore, going back to work is not an option for us. For those reasons, we are pleading for your donations to help defray these mounting fees...and most importantly to help keep David from being incarcerated during his remaining senior years.
