Dear Sir/Madam, It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm, I write this letter to let you know about my non-profit organization. My name is Davontre Henderson, and I am a 21-year-old entrepreneur and student at Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi. I am also the founder of the Davontre Henderson Foundation. I started Davontre Henderson Foundation in 2018 when I was eighteen years old to give back to the community. My uncle inspired me to start the Foundation as he took me in when I was in the 8th grade. He did everything possible to ensure I had everything I needed. Looking back at what he had done for me, I decided to honor him by starting a non-profit organization to offer food, clothing, and shelter to the needy. We have a camp in Coolidge, Texas, that holds one hundred campers. The camp had twenty-five campers when the organization started. At first, it was hard as I was not able to feed, clothe, and shelter all of them, but well-wishers have done a marvelous job; the camp currently holds one hundred campers, and they are fed, clothed, and sheltered well. Davontre Henderson Foundation held a food drive last Christmas, and the event was a success. We have received donation offers from various organizations and individuals, but the Foundation needs to be registered first. I humbly request you to help me raise $2300 to get the organization registered. Any amount contributed will take care of all the legal expenses and paperwork. Having the organization registered legally will help us receive donations without any limitations. I wish to thank you as you purpose to support the organization.
