Dawn M. Polyak-Koroly’s Funeral

Hello there, my name is Kayla Koroly. I’m making this on behalf of my family; my father Michael, his girlfriend Diana, and my sister Kristen.

My Grandmother, Dawn passed away suddenly this weekend on November 25th. For those who don’t know she suffered from a heart attack on Wednesday the First of November. She went home that Friday, and suffered another come Sunday. From that point forward she spent a full week on a ventilator to reduce the stress on her heart. She made some great successes, and we’re blessed to say this. Moving forward, she got moved to a normal room where she was in great spirits, and was ready to take on what was coming forward. She then got moved into in-patient rehab about a week and a half ago where she was progressing at the perfect pace to be released. She was expected to go home today, Monday the 27th. Instead God had other plans, and decided to take her to his home on the 25th…

My family is devastated beyond belief. She lived a wonderful life, filled with tons of love and laughter.. We want to make sure that she receives the funeral that she deserves. All funds will be donated directly towards her funeral.

The funeral will be held on Dec 1st, 2023. From 2-5pm.
