Dawn Marie Schaefer

Hello, this is Alexander Musgrave, Dawn’s oldest son. On August 28, 2022, mom passed away due to health complications at the Covenant Care Hospice in West Florida Hospital. She was born in Gibson City, IL on October 15, 1970. Although she passed very suddenly, much of the family was able to visit her before she passed. She is survived by her three children: Alexander Musgrave, Graigory Musgrave, and Kimberly Crabtree; her two grandchildren: Alekai Musgrave and Xyla Marie Musgrave; and her siblings: Nathan Musgrave, Sara Fink, and Jason Musgrave.

We are raising this money to cover funeral and memorial expenses for mom. During the process of planning the funeral, we discovered that mom did not have a life insurance policy but rather accidental death and dismemberment insurance, which does not cover the circumstances of her passing. Any little bit helps and if you are unable to donate, sharing the post also helps.

A graveside service is being held for mom at Elizabeth Chapel Cemetery on Chumuckla Hwy on Friday, September 2, 2022 at 1pm. Please feel free to join if you are able.
