Dawn McCutcheon & Family Fight to Kick Cancers A!

My Name is Lisa Golonka and my Family and I are raising Funds to help our Friends Dawn and Lee McCutcheon and Family. We are trying to take away a little bit of the financial burdens that they will be experiencing through all of this as Dawn was recently Diagnosed in September of this year with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma, after tons of testing and blood work and more doctors appointments, she saw the oncologist finally on October 14th, the news was overwhelming to say the least! The type of breast cancer she has is stage 2 unfortunately very aggressive, so she is going to treat aggressive with aggressive! She will start Chemotherapy on 10/23 and will have to receive chemo for 24 weeks. The first 12 will be every single week , the 2nd 12 is set to be every 3.  Dawn Quoted to say Hopefully after the 2nd round, I can get a clean bill of health and can proceed to surgery!  The exact course of surgery has not been decided and will not be decided until a later point, but a very good chance she can be facing a double mastectomy.  Dawn Quoted to say I am beyond thankful that my management team at Fed Ex has been great at working with me in leaving for my appointments, but there may be a time that I will need to take time off from work through this process. That will be determined. 


Dawn and Lee  have helped so many in self-less ways, given up so much for others! They both Participated or organized  Many Fundraisers for Cancer at work events and outside events , helping others!

I first meant them when Lee Coached both of my Son's Soccer many years ago and he and my son has been coaching Girls Soccer Together for the last 4 years. 
I myself having both of my Sons coaching,  know how much they Love it,  but sometimes we don't realize how much time and Love they give up to help others, behind the scene. 

Dawn and Lee's Son Jeremy and his wife DJ had there first Beautiful Daughter this year and made Dawn and Lee the most Happiest and Proudest Grandparents! Dawns Son Jeremy Means Everything to her, most people can see that when they are together!

Side Note: for You Dawn,  Your Dad Charlie, whom I talked to at a Soccer Game he and Lee are one of your biggest fighters, that will help you get through this.


Dawn Quoted: I want It to be said how thankful I am for my Family, Friends, my work family and my Community. The Support has been overwhelming and is a huge part of treatment in recovery when going through something like this!


So with that being said,  lets Wrap our Arms around this family and help where we can so that we can get Dawn Healthy again to Enjoy her Family and be here for that Beautiful Granddaughter of hers watching her as she grows up and also watching Lee's Daughter Grace as she becomes a young Woman as she Graduates in 2021 from High School. to see where she goes next.
