Dawn Stevens Lost Everything in a Wildfire

Dawn Stevens lost her home, her tractor, and her mill to the ongoing  CZU Lightning Complex Fire.

Dawn and her late husband, Carl, built their home and the surrounding outbuildings by hand with wood that they milled themselves from the same trees on their property.

Dawn raised her two children at their home in Last Chance, and has continued to make many memories there with her three grandchildren.

Dawn is a fix-it, DIY kind of lady, she is a hard-worker, and a caring friend, mother, and grandmother. Dawn is an important member of her community, always willing to lend her time, knowledge, and expertise to others. Dawn has helped us out at one time or another.
