Dawn and Greg Tatro’s daughter Jenna struggled with opioid addiction for years before she lost her life to a fentanyl overdose at age 26. Jenna loved helping people and wanted to support those struggling with addiction once she got clean. After her passing, Dawn poured her pain into keeping Jenna’s wish alive. Dawn and her husband created Jenna’s Promise, an innovative program that provides housing, therapy, workforce development, and a strong community to help women stay sober. Since 2019, they’ve seen dozens of women through the program, setting them up for a successful, sober life.
