Daync Studio Lost Their Lease - Need your help!

We are going through a very difficult, heartbreaking and shocking situation. As of 2 weeks ago, we found out that we are losing our lease and must move out of our current location by March 31st.  Another business has committed to rent out our unit and the adjacent unit long term, as a combined lease. 

We must completely start our busineess over again and find a new space. We need your help via donations in order to secure a new space because we have to rebuild our business from scratch.


What is the purpose of this funding and how does it impact you?

Starting in April, we will be moving to the Walker's Point area. Our goal is to secure a lease by mid-March.

The funds will be used for the following purposes:
- Securing a new lease (deposit & down payment)
- Construction: new flooring
- Replace damaged equipment

We need to purchase new flooring because we cannot reuse our current flooring materials.


When we hit our $30,000 fundraising goal we will be able to: Keep Daync Studio in business (open) 

New Services we will begin to provide in our new studio once we raise our GoFundMe goal:
- Add more diverse genres of dance and fitness  
(Jazz, African Dance, Contempo Fusion, Body Conditioning, Stretch/Yoga, etc. )
- Offer classes catered to first language Spanish speakers
- Increase our number of instructors and instructors-in-training
- Introduce a kids dance class program year-round


About Daync Studio:

We have been in business for 4.5 years in our current location and plan to move forward with serving our community in a new location. We currently have a team of 12 instructors and 5 administrative staff members. Since our re-opening after quarantine in June 2020, we have had 700 people attend classes at our studio!

We believe that we have earned the right to be considered a staple studio in our community because we pay close attention to every dancer that comes to our classes to help them achieve their individual goals. Regardless of your background, anyone can become a dancer at our studio.
