Hello everyone. Some of you know about my struggles with my health and some of you may not know. I don't like having to put something so personal about me out there for everyone to see but I need your help, please!

I'll try to summarize as best I can but it's alot. In 2002, I had my first surgery. I had gallstones at 18 years old and my gallbladder had to be removed. In 2005 and 2009 I had a cesarean to bring my sweet boys into this world. In the year 2012 I had to get a partial hysterectomy because of severe endometriosis. A year after that surgery my right ovary was as big as a plum so they made the decision of removing both ovaries. A year after that surgery I went to the ER and they found a mass on my left side where my left ovary was removed and the doctor was concerned it may be malignant so he performed surgery on me and removed the mass. As it turns out, it was an ovarian remnant. Apparently, some small cells were left behind after they removed my left ovary and it caused my left ovary to grow back. This condition is called ovarian remnant syndrome. Look it up. It's a real condition. Four months go by after I had the left Ovarian Remnant removed and I started having the same symptoms on my right side. So I went to my gynecologist, he did an ultrasound, and he didn't see anything on the ultrasound so he blamed it on scar tissue and sent me on my way. Of course, my symptoms got worse so what does my team of specialists do....they put me through expensive and painful tests to see whats going on. Nothing is showing up after CT scans, MRI scan, colonoscopy, EGD scope...NOTHING. Just terrible pain that they couldn't find the cause too. So the last step was to send me to a general surgeon. He performed exploratory surgery and low and behold...what does he find!?!?!?! ANOTHER OVARIAN REMNANT!! Only this time it's on my right side. He removed it and sent it to pathology where it was confirmed that my right ovary grew back, it had blood supply to it and it was ovulating. Just like the left one they removed just a few short months prior.
Over the years, after all those surgeries, surgeons had to do lysis of adhesions surgeries about 4 times. I have had 15 abdominal surgeries from the time I was 18 years old all the way to 38 years old now. I had the majority of all these abdominal surgeries in my late 20's to now in my late 30's.
All of these surgeries, colonoscopies, EGD scopes, Ureter Stents x 6 that I have had stuffed up my right ureter because of kidney stones and ureter strictures have caused severe nerve damage in my pelvis and abdomen. It's also caused a painful condition called pelvic congestion.

As a result to all of this, I had to quit my job of 17 years in March 2020 because the pain is so unreal and so painful, somedays I can't get out of bed. I filed for disability on November 4 2020 and my first application was denied but I appealed their decision on May 27, 2021. The SS department has yet to give me a decision if I'm approved or not.

*Present Day*

I have been having severe back pain for a few months now and I was finally able to afford a CT this past Friday, August 26. I received my results this past Tuesday, August 30. I have severe arthritis in my lumbar spine and my L4 and L5 discs are herniated. They want to do two rounds of Lidocaine Injections in my lower back to see if that will help with the pain at all. If it helps, they will do a Lumbar Spine Ablation. If it doesn't help, I'm looking at back surgery to try to fix it. There is no guarantee that it will work though.

I am not one to ask for donations or anything like this. I have a husband who works his butt off to make sure we have a roof over our head and food to eat. Its just becoming too much yall. We need help. If anyone can find it in their hearts to please donate money to help me get the medical care I need it would be greatly appreciated. If you can't donate, please pray for me and my family and share this post to get the word out. I am a firm believer in the power of prayer and I serve and believe in Almighty God. I know he has a plan and a purpose for me. He is always with me. Whatever you can donate will help tremendously. Any and all donations, and any and all prayers will be greatly appreciated. I love you all. Take care of one another. It's rough out there. God Bless.❤️❤️❤️
