Devon and Demarus Mayer

On June 17, flood waters in Oklahoma swept away Jeremiah, the two year old son of Demarus and Devon Mayer.  Searchers found his body on June 18. The same waters that took their son flooded their house and they lost everything.  Devon is a Marine Veteran who has served in Afghanistan. He lost his job last month, and the family did not have insurance.  Demarus is currently pregnant with their third child due later this year. This precious family  needs your prayers and your help. Please consider how you can help bear their burdens and support them in their time of need.

This fund was established by friends of the Mayer and Warren family (Demarus' family) in Sierra Vista, Arizona, and access to the funds was turned directly over to the family at the time the fund was established. On the day the fund was set up, the family opened a checking account and all donated funds are going directly to that account, and can be accessed immediately by the family. 

Funds are being used to help with immediate needs related to Jeremiah Mayer's burial and funeral costs, as well as to help Demarus and Devon move from Oklahoma to Sierra Vista, Arizona, obtain new housing and basic living essentials (such as clothing, furniture, bedding, kitchen items, baby items, etc.).
