DDO Players Origins And Gen Con Coverage

I run DDO Players, which a website/podcast dedicated to Dungeons & Dragons Online, Dungeons & Dragons and All Tabletop Board Games.

As you know we have been covering the Origins Game Fair and Gen Con for the past 4 Years. 

I go the conventions as press/media, I conduct interviews with game companies, publishers and others. It's a lot of work, but I LOVE to do it.

We have never asked for help in our coverage of these events before (Well we did get some help a few years back to upgrade our video camera) but never for the costs associated with the conventions themselves.

I have never wanted to do a campaign like this before, but most of you might not know, that I pay all out-of-pocket expenses for these events, myself. (Hotels, Gas, Parking, Food)

Many of you know that my mother passed away a 2 years ago, with this came a big change in my life (as I was the full time care taker for her) I have new life bills now (rent, Utilities, you know all the fun adulting stuff we all deal with) So with these new things I am asking for your help, the fans of the website, podcast.

Anything you can do to help would be amazing and much appreciated! Anything that is donated (minus the fees associated with go fund me) will be used to help with the coverage of both conventions this year.  This will include, Hotel costs, gas costs for travel, parking fees, food
