This is Joel. Joel is the maintenance man at my apartment complex. Hes been here for over 10 years and everyone loves him! On October 22nd Joel’s work van was broken into and the burglars stole all of his tools. The same tools he’s had for over 10 years. It was over $800 worth of tools & supplies stolen from his vehicle.
