De Jesus Family Living & Housing
Donation protected
I'm honored to introduce you to Carlos, his wife Ingrid, and his two grandsons, Ryan and Eliel.
Last year, Carlos' daughter, Frances, was murdered during a carjacking in Puerto Rico. Carlos was granted custody of Ryan and Eliel, and he sought a better life for them in the United States.
Carlos has a sister who lives in Davenport, Florida, so Carlos began searching for potential job opportunities in the Davenport area. Carlos learned that a new Chick-fil-A restaurant was scheduled to open in Davenport, and he completed an online application. Carlos was contatced for an interview, and in an abundance of faith, he bought a plane ticket to Florida to attend the interview.
Carlos was hired at Chick-fil-A, and has been working diligently to save enough money for his wife and grandchildren to leave Puerto Rico, and join him in Florida. Just a couple of weeks ago, Carlos had earned enough money to pay for Ingrid, Ryan, and Eliel to get to Florida!
Carlos and his family are currently living in a hotel, and are desperately trying to earn enough money to rent a home. Carlos has found a great place for his family, but lacks the financial means to secure the lease.
If you are willing and able, would you please consider making a donation on behalf of Carlos and his family? I'm hoping to raise enough money to get Carlos suitable housing for his family, and to help offset the day-to-day living costs associated with raising two young children.
Thank you so much for your consideration!
