Recovery and eviction avoidance

As most of you guys know I have been on dialysis to keep my blood clean and basically stay alive. Some of you know how serious it is and some don’t, I would pretty much die if not for my 3 times a week treatments. What most don’t know is I almost died last year if not for an emergency surgery that I had to have. I had a type A aortic dissection surgery to repair two tears in my aortic valve before it ruptured and basically kill me. I had an excruciating chest pain and had temporarily lost some motor function. At the emergency room I was immediately prepped for surgery. Fortunately for me I had a great surgeon who saved my life. I had a horrible experience in cardiac ICU and recovery from the event hasn’t been going well. I am still having a difficult time in getting my body strength back to where it used to be. I still have difficulty doing simple things like just walking from my door to the car or even showering. I believe my kidney failure has been making my recovery time harder than expected.
Because of this I had to make the tough decision to get on disability so I can focus on rest and healing. This was not an easy decision to make, I feel helpless and felt there was no alternative.
Unfortunately with disability there was a 3 month evaluation time to ensure I didn’t go back to work. In this time I received no compensation. This caused me me to fall behind on rent and bills. I am asking for any kind of monetary assistance anyone can send my way so I can avoid eviction. I know this is a difficult time for everyone so I am grateful for any little help. This is a hard thing for me to ask because I do feel embarrassed and ashamed, but I feel I have no other option. I don’t like being in this situation, but have sought out other resources and was not able to get assistance. Time is running out for me so if you can please help with any amount , it would be greatly appreciated.
