Deacon Russell Talbert

Hi, my name is Karen Talbert the wife of Deacon Talbert.

Russell was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, February 2023.

After being in the hospital, a few times, Because the treatment he was receiving was making him sick causing infections and that he would continue to have as long as he would continue his chemo treatment he would continue to be in the hospital and remain until it was his time, to be with our Lord.

Russ came home hospice the end of July, where I took care of them until he took his last breath which was last night.

I am raising these funds to help with the service for my loving husband, who supported me in so many ways I can never ever thank him for all that he had done for me.

He was a God-fearing man, with all my faults stood by me and loved me and cared for me.

Psalm 71:20-21

Though you have made me see troubles, many and bitter, you will restore my life again; from the depths of the earth you will again bring me up. You will increase my honor and comfort me once again.
