Deaf Color Guard Team

Hello! On behalf of Lakeland High School’s Deaf and Hard of Hearing program, allow me to introduce you to a group of Deaf students who are making school history! For the first time in our school’s history, the Color Guard team is made up of a majority of Deaf and Hard of Hearing students! The Color Guard team performs with the school’s marching band as the Flag Corp. This past school year, the team has earned several Superior rankings at state level competitions! Due to their wild success on the field, they have earned opportunities to attend university based leadership camps, competitive team camp trainings, and the ever so popular Crank-Up event scheduled for this summer. These student leaders are in need of financial support to defray the costs of the camps and special trainings. We would love to fundraiser enough money to send all 3 students to all 3 camps!
