Deaf Restaurant in London

Anyone of you who have a family member or friend who is deaf?

I’m professional deaf chef, after spending 80% of my life in Michelin starred restaurants until the covid-19 pandemic stopped everything..

Then I need to think in a completely different direction. A dream that I had with me for a long time, to create the world's first Deaf Restaurant in London, only booking applies.

Less talk, more work - have a large network among deaf chefs in the world, also an opportunity for the younger deaf chefs who have long dreamed of working in a restaurant environment with the practicality of sign language.

My vision, that guests get an experience of living in the quiet world by getting a pair of earplugs, no talking. Only sign language or text via mobile or paper.

Guests also get to taste our gift, deaf chefs' unique sense of taste, our hearing is broken but enhances our other 4 senses such as taste, smell, visual and experience.

I do not have the opportunity to do this alone with my finances, as I dig among my empty pockets to open a restaurant. Then in another way, I created my own specially designed knife collection from Japan - 感性 - “KANSEI” Fusion Series

To start expanding income to create something unique to the world! Therefore, everyday I work very hard to market my knife collection and be seen more publicly until income has fallen in, and then move on to start the world's first deaf restaurant in London, then you are on the train and support us!

I have created a gofundme account, and need a certain investment that can get this produced at a faster pace.
