It is with great sorrow that we have to share the loss of a husband, father, grandfather, friend and employee. On May 23, 2019, Dean LeBlanc suddenly passed away near Fort McKay, Alberta. Dean has left behind many friends within the organization that were overwhelmed by his passing and wanted to do something to help. But even more devastating, Dean has left behind a loving family in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. Words can’t describe how challenging this must be for the family during this difficult time.
Although Dean had only been with SITE, a Centurion Company, since October 2018, he left a lasting impression with everyone he worked with. His willingness to help others and do anything that was asked of him was infectious. Dean was also known for these traits in his own community. His dedication to his community and his love for his home, Cape Breton, was evident. In Cape Breton, Dean served previously as a firefighter for the Big Bras d’Or volunteer fire department. He had a passion for music, woodworking and carpentry and enjoyed his time with his family above all else.
Please take the time to think about his family during this time of grieving.
Centurion has launched the campaign by donating $10,000. Any amount donated will assist during this difficult time.
All funds raised will go directly to Dean's wife Erin, and their two sons.
