Saving Deaner

***UPDATE***along with our Venmo, we have officially reached our goal for Dean's surgery. We can't thank everyone enough & could not have done this without all of your help. Sending so much love to each and every one of you!!!!

We (Ange & Dave) unfortunately received some very bad news from the vet today. I don't know if anything would have prepared us to hear that our little Deaner has cancer & a bone tumor - and, long story short, the only option seems to be surgery to amputate a leg if we do not want it to get worse/spread faster. Deaner is still young, full of energy, has such a spark to him & is so loving - you would hardly know he had a health problem at all, let alone something so big. We're confident that he would adapt and adjust & probably be just as wild as a 3 legged buddy ...and we refuse to give up on him without trying anything we can.
