Support DeAnn through her cancer journey
DeAnn and her husband, Brent, before her Breast Cancer diagnosis.
HER STORY
DeAnn was diagnosed with Stage 2 IDC breast cancer in her right breast on October 12, 2017. She had a double mastectomy with expanders on December 1, 2017. She started chemo on January 30, 2018. She had nine more surgeries within 13 months.
She's got THIS!
Chemo Treatment
On October 12, 2018, her only child, Jessica, died suddenly of respiratory infection due to complications of Cerebral Palsy. It was the one year anniversary of her breast cancer diagnosis.

In August of 2019, Dee broke her left foot. It didn't heal. Around the same time, she started having isolated pain in her ribs on the left side. After many tests, she was diagnosed with Stage IV terminal cancer due to bone metastasis on October 24; exactly two years and one week after her original diagnosis and one year and one week after her daughter's death.
After the discovery of her bone cancer, she immediately had three extreme radiation treatments. Basically, 30 days of radiation were compacted into three days. The side effects were brutal. She began having blackouts. They caused a black eye, fractured cheekbone, and lacerations to her face. The last blackout resulted in a broken rib and fractured sternum.
Beginning January 7, 2020, she has a brain MRI, is meeting with an orthopedic surgeon, has a liver biopsy (they are pretty sure cancer has metastasized to her liver), and they begin meeting with a Palliative Care Team.
