Dear Mother of Mine Short Film Funding!

Hello! My name is Alan and I am the Writer/Director of the short film Dear Mother of Mine (DMM for short). DMM is a story about a guy named David getting over grief and overcoming his trauma with the help of Seri, a magic therapist. It's a Horror/Thriller that explores the premise of grief and therapy, as well as the struggles that one has to go through with that kind of struggles.

The motivation behind writing this film came about by the experiences I felt when I went through the loss of a very good friend of mine. I struggled very heavily with survivor's guilt for a long time and harbored everything until I decided to start seeking help. It's a difficult thing to handle alone and I hope I can show a healthy exchange between therapist and patient, while also creating an entertaining and thrilling story.

We wanna raise enough money to start submitting DMM to film festivals all around and get this story told all around and as much as possible. We'd love your support on the film in anyway possible.
