Deb and Dwayne Hagemeier

Update: As most of you already know, Mom passed away on December 6, 2023, surrounded by family. Since she has battled cancer for so long, she was not eligible for life insurance. She did have a policy through the funeral home that paid for most, but not all of her final expenses. Dad was unable to work much for the last month while staying home to help care for her and be by her side. Mom spent her life caring for, looking out for, and loving on everyone who crossed her path. Please consider giving (again or for the first time) to finish covering expenses for my Dad. He would never ask himself, but I know he needs and will appreciate the help. Thank you to everyone for your generosity thus far. The previous donations were used to help care for my mom in her last weeks of life, including a lift chair that greatly eased her pain with mobility, groceries, gas, and monthly bills. As many of you know, Deborah Hagemeier has been given 3-4 months to live after her valiant years long battle with cancer. As she prepares for her Heavenly journey, she will have multiple medical needs. In providing for her care, Dwayne will have to take many days off of work. He owns his own small business, so no work, no pay. They recently celebrated 50 years of marriage. The legacy of love they have built for their children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and friends is unmatched. When the times does come, I know the grieving process for us all will be difficult, but I can’t even fathom what it will be like for her soul mate and life partner. Please pray about and consider donating to help this loving couple as they transition into this new reality that no one likes to face. Deborah has been the matriarch of our family. We will enjoy every minute we have left with her here on earth and look forward to our “big ‘ol family reunion in Heaven” (as she puts it.) Thank you all for your prayers and kindness!
