Deb is not giving up and needs our help!!

Dear Family and Friends, Last month we received the most devastating news that Deb has an Incurable stage 4 glioblastoma, which is a fast-growing brain tumour. The impact of this news is unimaginable for anyone, but especially for Deb, a loving mum of three young children. Deb has since begun the fight for her life with a lengthy 5+ hour brain surgery. This was an incredibly risky procedure with the odds stacked against her. Deb continued to shine with her positive attitude and determination and was back with her family only days postoperatively. Deb has since found herself back in the hospital fighting an infection, following a pretty nasty seizure at home. She has had a PICC line inserted so she can keep up with receiving her IV antibiotics and has been given the go-ahead to go home shortly. Despite the circumstances, Deb and her family remain strong and resilient. She is a true force to be reckoned with and now faces the next six weeks of Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy. This is why we would love to provide a place for us all to unite and offer support to a family whom we all love, and that needs us more than ever. Both emotionally and financially so that they can enjoy this precious time together free of worry. The funds pledged are to help Deb’s loved ones care for her, as she is no longer able to be left at home unaided. They will be allocated towards easing the financial burden that comes with Deborah’s ongoing treatment and care. Deb and Chris extend their deepest gratitude.
