Asking for help is never easy. Especially when you're a child of an ER nurse of over 40 years, who has devoted her entire life to helping others both in her career and as a daughter, sister, wife, mom, friend, aunt and cousin.  Anyone that knows our mom knows how giving, caring and thoughtful she is and has always put everyone else's needs before her own.  She is the first person to offer help and give back to the community.  Those who know our mom and family also know what a courageous battle she has been fighting since her cancer has returned, and so we are creating this page so we can raise money to help alleviate the cost in such short notice of travel (boy do I wish money grew on trees) so we are able to bring her to a few places the next couple months while she is still feeling well.  

As much as we would  love to hide it from her, we are aware she will most likely see this and beg to take it down, but I am swallowing my pride knowing that we have an army of people that are willing and have asked what they can do to help. Anything is greatly appreciated, and if you cant give, a simple prayer and share of this link still means the world. Our mom is one tough cookie, and family is everything to her (and to us), and we want to do everything we can to make and share more special moments with her.  A million thank you's in advance. xoxoxoxoxoxo
