Debbie’s Cancer Battle - Medical & Living Expenses
Donation protected
Hi everyone! This GoFundMe was created to raise some funds to help Debbie with not only medical but every day living expenses, while she is focused on her cancer battle!
Debbie Bates is a special person I worked with in the ED at Banner Boswell Medical Center. Debbie was a unit clerk for 28 years, handling transfers, calls in the ED and a huge list of other things nobody sees. I personally worked with Debbie for just under 8 years and watched how she went above and beyond for everyone else but herself. I recently found out she was diagnosed with Stage 3 Cancer and feel she deserves to be helped in this situation. Let me paint you a picture of Debbie real quick. Besides helping save 1000’s of peoples lives in her important yet underpaid job, Debbie houses her kids and grandkids and worked countless hours of overtime to keep food and a roof over their heads, at least while I worked with her. If someone was in need, she was there - planning parties, funerals, and everything in between….basically anything to help others. Debbie went above and beyond for everyone. I always felt God shined from her heart the way she helped people in their time of need. I'm going to do my best to be a Debbie and help her like she has helped so many people. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers as I will do the same. Lets give back to her... Thank you and God bless.
