Help Debi Recover from Spine Surgery

Hi, my name is Lauren Austin. I'm Debi Wiggins-Austin-Perry's daughter-in-law. Debi is having an upcoming invasive spinal surgery that will take up to 4 months to recover from. This surgery was a surprise and so the time off of work required to prepare for the surgery (as well as the 4 months after the surgery to recover) has put her in an impossible financial situation. I am hoping that her friends and family can help out in any way (doesn't matter how much) and we can pool our resources together so that she doesn't have to worry about paying bills or feeding herself during this 4 month recovery period. I will be in charge of disbursing the funds on her behalf. They will be used for groceries, rent, medications and any unexpected Doctor bills only. The surgery is scheduled for mid-August so we are hoping these funds will carry her through December.
