Hi this is Fallon and Laura Carter. We are extremely saddened by the loss of our mother Debbie. However we are staying strong together and pushing forward. Please help us plan a celebration of life we know she deserves. She will be forever missed by many and is united once again with our sister Cassie who passed away in December 2020.
