Debra L. Shea

Debra L. Shea, 63, a resident of Elm Street, passed away December 28, 2019 at her home surrounded by her family. Debra was born in Whitinsville, Massachusetts on February 22, 1956 the daughter of Donald Frederick and Amey Ann Lapham Albin and attended Massachusetts public schools. Debra was very involved as an activist for rescue animals. She was an avid walker, enjoyed reading, listening to classic rock, gardening and tending to her plants with her natural green thumb. She enjoyed interior decorating, design and fashion. She enjoyed shopping but her true passion was spending time with her family. Debra is survived by her husband Peter M. Shea of Manchester whom she married February 10, 1990 in Wells, VT, daughters Tiffany Smith-Rossi of Burlington, VT and Marissa Ann Shea of Manchester, her parents Donald and Amey Albin, siblings Cindy Lee Hallett and her husband Troy of Burlington, VT, Bonnie Jean Berard and her husband Bertrand of Uxbridge, Massachusetts, Mark Donald Albin and his wife Donna of Townshend, VT and Erica Ann Marthage and her husband Brian of Manchester, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her sons Clinton James Rossi and Mark Raymond Barre. Funeral services for Debra will be held Tuesday January 7, 2019 at 11am at Brewster-Shea Funeral Home 34 Park Place Manchester Center, VT. Interment will be private. There are no visiting hours.
