Debra Jean LeDoux - A Life To Celebrate

Donation protected
Debra Jean LeDoux was a character, to say the least. It's difficult to say "was" because it's hard to imagine a world she is not currently in, but sadly on March 24th, 2024 Heaven gained an angel. To know Debra was to love her. Her sense of humor, golden heart and large personality left an everlasting impression on all who knew her.

As many of you may know, her health had been problematic over the last couple years. She had a TAVR procedure for her heart in 2021, and was hospitalized with a severe lung infection in 2022. Debra was known for her ability to bounce back and persevere. A fighter through and through.

On March 7th Debra was feeling unwell and ask that her daughter call 911. It did not take long to learn that she was battling cancer. It was stage 4, it had spread, and was aggressive. Given how advanced her illness had become, sadly she was not a candidate for any kind of treatment. The only option was to get her home, where she would be as comfortable as possible, and on March 20th her family did just that. They took her home and showered her with love, laughter, and surrounded her who those who valued, adored and cherished her.

The evening of March 24th, alongside her three children Amy, Kristina, and Silvan, her four grandchildren Jericho, Delilah, Sophia, and Vivian, her life long companion and Father of her children Robert, her sister Julie, as well as extended family and friends... she drew her last breath surrounded by an abundance of love and adoration.

Words cannot describe the loss her family has experienced. She was a giant among us and she will be missed.

Please help us to make this a little less stressful for them as they are very devastated at this time. Anything helps and is greatly appreciated as the family grieves.
