Fundraiser for Deb Wilcox
Donation protected
Everyone, meet Deb Wilcox: Friend, wife, mother of three daughters and three stepsons and a grandmother to 7 grandchildren. Over the past four years, Deb has suffered the battle of lung and now, liver cancer. She has beaten cancer twice but unfortunately has to go through the pain once again as her lung cancer metastasized to her liver in early 2015. In addition to the chemo and radiation therapy that Deb has had to go through, she has had many surgeries throughout the years that have obviously taken a toll on her family financially as well as emotionally. At this time, Deb no longer has PTO to help her while she recovers from her most recent surgery in addition to having limited means coming in at home. As you can imagine, medical bills add up quickly and having to worry about money on top of everything else has been emotionally draining on Deb as well as her family.
I am asking friends, family and kind strangers throughout the community and beyond to donate anything you can to help out the Wilcox family. Any little bit helps and is greatly appreciated. If you are unable to donate, please share our story with your friends through social media or word of mouth. Deb is a wonderful, caring and inspiring woman and could use any help possible during this time. And of course, thoughts, prayers and kind words are appreciated as well.
I thank you in advance for your help and kindness during this tough time.
