Hi, my name is Kelly Risinger Draper. Dedra has been my friend since kindergarten.

She was the kindest, funniest and loyal friend you could have.

Dedra loved her family and friends fiercely. She was an animal lover and especially loved her cats.

She has suffered from many health crises lately. Heart and lung issues haves plagued her recently.

Dedra lost her battle today.

She had no burial insurance and her family is struggling. Please help if possible. She would have given her last dollar to help anyone.
