Join us in making a difference!

We’re raising money in aid of A Lust For Life, it is to fund early prevention mental health educational programmes in Ireland.

We'll will be joining our pal Bressie and his team for a fundraising challenge consisting of:

A 320 km kayak of the Shannon, followed by a 120 km cycle from Limerick to Killarney, and culminating in a climb up Ireland's highest peak, Carrauntoohil.

Taking on a phenomenal challenge of 470 km in total!

The impact we wish to achieve is to create a generational circuit breaker in how we talk about and treat mental health in Ireland, by giving children and young people tools and skills to enhance and protect their mental health from the earliest age.
