Dee Dee’s Celebration of Life

Our beloved Darian “Dee Dee” Garrett departed this life on November 20th after a 15 year battle with lupus. Dee Dee was diagnosed with her illness at the tender age of 11 years old. As a result, she was denied life insurance countless times by a number of companies due to her “preexisting condition”. Dee Dee’s community of support is large and so many have a desire to show their love and support. This GoFundMe is being established to aid in the final arrangements for Dee Dee. All funds raised will go to her mother, Tina Anderson, who will be making all arrangements.

Dee Dee leaves behind one daughter, Amina (8), who lost her father in 2018.
