Help DeeDee Get Teeth

Hi, my name is Alexa and I am raising funds for a dear friend, DeeDee, who is in need of dental implants. She would never allow me to do this on her behalf but I'm going against what I know would be her wishes, because she deserves it and she deserves to be happy.

About a year ago DeeDee had all of her teeth removed due to ongoing dental issues. She was initially told the implants could be done in the same procedure but because it was one of the "most difficult" extraction procedures the dentist had ever done, the implant portion of the procedure did not happen. He also provided her with a poorly fitting set of temporary dentures that have not been usable despite multiple trips back to him for fittings.

After losing faith in her initial dentist and consulting with others, she has come to realize it will be substantially more expensive than she was led to believe.

She has found a dental surgeon that she feels confident in, but sourcing the funds has proven to be difficult. Teeth are such an important part of one's identity and self-worth. I have watched her exuberance slowly fade over the past year. If I had the means, I would pay for this in a heartbeat, but I cannot, so I'm going out of my comfort zone to ask for help, on her behalf. My sons (2 and 3) adore her, we all do, and we just want to give back even a fraction of the love she has shown our family.
