Hi, My name is Joi’a, I am the aunt of De’Angelo who is 16 yrs old, he was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastatic Synovial Sarcoma. He is the child of Ja’Meisha Watson. His mother is self employed and she isn’t afforded the benefits as many have with sick leave, FMLA, short term disability, or 401k. They have 3 other school age children Synthia 12, Prince 5, and Connor 4 along with her oldest son Christian 21 at home. This is an extremely difficult time for them financially. DeAngelo will have to undergo extensive chemo therapy that will require weekly doc appointments, monthly hospitalization, and radiation later during his treatment. Because of his recent diagnosis he is home bound as well. The time that will be taken off for weekly doctor visits will mean missed income for this family. His treatment plan includes 7 months of chemo therapy and radiation. Any donation will help in anyway no donation is too big or small.
