Deep Fat Fryer For Residents At Somerset Court

My name is Marcel Wallace and I work at the Somerset Court Assisted Living Community in Rocky Mount, North Carolina as a Dietary Manager. I am currently trying to raise proceeds to be able to purchase a Deep Fat Fryer from Trackside Restaurant Supply Company of 603 N Church St. Rocky Mount, North Carolina to help prepare meals for the residents in the community. The deep fat fryer would cut down the cook time for certain meals and help get meals onto the hall faster. The deep fat fryer unlike frying on a pan would make foods less likely to be overcooked and give the food a more crispy texture making a better tasting meal for the residents. The deep fryer would also cut down on the use of oil giving me the option to use the same oil due to its oil filter.  My current goal of proceeds I would like to raise is $900 dollars this would give me the opportunity to buy enough deep fryers to prepare large meals for all the residents. I am looking to give the residents at Somerset Court  a better meal and also make it easier for kitchen staff to get meals out in a more timely matter, I hope that you can help me achieve my goal of $900 dollars to help me purchase the gas deep fat fryer,
