Deep Roots Heritage Farm Launches a Native Orchard

We launched our farm in 2016 and have been surprised at the outpouring of support from our friends and neighbors. The next phase of our farm is happening right now and we need some help. We have an opportunity to have a commercial invasives removal company come in to jumpstart the last 3 acres of honeysuckle and small tree removal. They are only available for two weeks in May before it would be months on a waitlist. The orchard gets planted in the spring of 2024, but we have to have the ground prepared by the end of August this year 2023. This would be a huge leg up for us this year and are turning to you to help us expedite this next step. The remaining funds will be used to continue to add perimeter fencing for the orchard.
