DeFazio NICU Medical Bills

Many of you already know how hard this beautiful couple has tried to add to their family for the past 6 years. They suffered loss and heartbreak, then doctors and fertility treatments, and finally Lily became big sister to Benjamin in 2019!

As Kristi and Brian were settling into their new life (and new house!) as a family of 4, they were shocked and delighted to discover they were expecting again, and due with a baby girl on May 25th of this year.

On March 29th, Kaitlynn decided to very dramatically enter the world at 31 weeks and 6 days. She's absolutely perfect, however she is going to have to spend a significant amount of time in the NICU while she finishes growing. Her birth was also pretty traumatic, and Kristi is going to have a long recovery.

Because of how early she arrived, some significant expenses have arose. First is the obvious NICU bills that were very unexpected. Kristi will also be out of work much longer than expected, and she is a large contributor to the finances. Then there is the gas to and from the hospital several times a week, and the cost of child care because they can't bring the little ones.
