Defending Residents' Right To Have a Voice

Hi, we're the Pasco Communities Network, LLC in Pasco County, Florida. Our group was formed because residents in the county are tired of being ignored and disenfranchised from the plans for our communities and our county as a whole.

We have engaged an attorney with a retainer of $20,000.00 and will be filing a lawsuit to help restore residents' voices and participation in the county governance process. Sadly, the only way for residents to be rewoven into the planning process and be given a seat at the table alongside out-of-area developers is to sue the county.

All politics are local and ethical governance starts right at our front door steps. We believe that development in Pasco County, with its rich history and unique landscapes, is a privilege. Sadly developers have convinced our County Commissioners it is a right as they create bland developments that overuse resources. Development and growth do not pay for themselves, in the long run, they are costly on many fronts.
