This is the initial seed money to start an Endowment for the express purpose of creating a Reparations fund in the ELCA. It will cost 25K to establish the endowment and another 7k to fly in a newly  gathered board, establish the nonprofit, and to allow these Black Femme/female leaders some spaciousness to create all the frameworks they envision this money to distributed too, and used to create in Black community, while establishing guidelines for retiring Black Rostered Leaders to apply for eventual grants to supplement their oppressive incomes.
