Deidre & Willow Need Our Help

My name is Kate. My daughter Olivia and I are reaching out on behalf of my best friend, Deidre Hanna. She and Willow have suffered a horrible tragedy and are not in a good situation. I hope her friends will rally together to help her through this difficult time. Hurricane Ian went straight through her house and caught her lanai. Unfortunately, the lanai was attached to her roof and took her roof with it. She now has a hole about 15-20 by 4 feet wide in her bedroom, dining room and kitchen. There is drywall and roof parts all over her house, which has been deemed “unlivable.” She doesn’t have a generator, and the power isn’t supposed to be restored for another 4-6 weeks!!! That being said, now she is staying at a friend's house with 16 others in ONE bedroom so she can use her nebulizer machine and oxygen when needed. She recently had a scare with an asthma attack that sent her into A-fib, requiring her to take blood pressure and baby aspirin to keep her from clotting. That said, her plate has been full for quite some time and is now pouring over. She is one of the strongest people I know, but we all have a breaking point. She ALWAYS shows up for everyone else and does it without hesitation! That’s who she is, so I’m hoping we can help make this time a little easier. Really, anything helps. Anything. Thank you.
