DeLane & Levi's missions trip!

My name is Denise Williams, and I am fundraising to help my sister (DeLane) and nephew (Levi) achieve their financial goal to go to Africa with Mercy Ministries - AFM Africa.

The memories of my own adventures on missions trips, are ones that I will forever hold dear to my heart. Although I am not physically able to go on them anymore, it is important to me that others get to experience life changing moments - while changing lives.

This year I am turning 50 years old. 5.0. How did that happen? For my birthday, I am asking that my friends & family would consider donating to this amazing experience for Delane & Levi. The trip is approximately $3,000 per person, and every little bit helps!

Mercy Ministries--AFM Africa

A Christian public ministry in Kenya that has a children’s home for at risk and orphaned children, a free primary and secondary school, and a church that has 350 people attend on Sundays.

They also serve widows and others in need in the community with food and material needs, but the most important work they do is sharing the love of Christ to everyone that they are given the opportunity.

Mercy Ministries - AFM Africa has all volunteer staff to keep funds going straight to ministry work in Kenya.

The Bys Family moved to Kenya and founded Mercy Ministries at the end of 2016.

- Located in Western Kenya, Bungoma County, Bumula Sub-county, Kaya Village.

- 100+ orphans and/or at-risk children living in the children’s home.

- Staff of 50+ that support the home, schools, and church.

- 4,215+ meals served every week.

- 11 monthly food boxes delivered to widows and elderly in the surrounding village.

- 240 students attending Mercy Christian Academy pre-k through 10th grade.

- Large playground built to bring joy to children and for family outreach.

- 350+ church attendance each Sunday.

- Partnered with Biblically sound local Kenyan pastors to form discipleship training throughout the region.

- Growing medical ministry with a new missionary doctor now on staff.
