Help Delaney Knowles Fight Leukemia!

Meet Delaney and the Knowles Family! For anyone that knows Lisa and James Knowles, you know that they are one of the most giving and selfless couples you will ever meet. 

Right before Christmas, Lisa and James were told something that no parent wants to hear, that their daughter, Delaney, was sick and may have Leukemia.

Over the past several days and several follow up tests including a bone marrow biopsy, they  confirmed she had "ALL B-Cell Luekemia" and will be required to undergo an intensive series of chemo treatments over the next 28 days, then a weekly regiment for the next 6 months, and then daily at home chemo for the next 2 years. While the road ahead will be brutal for her and the family, the survival rate for this type of cancer at her age is surprisingly good.

It has been a great deal for the Knowles family to absorb over the past several days, and preparing for the road ahead seems like a daunting task, but they greatly appreciate the many friends and family that have already lent their prayers and support. 

Delaney and her family will certainly need your support on the road ahead.

The Knowles family is working on putting together a journal so everyone can track her progress and they can provide updates.
