Our Delilah Love ❤️ needs your support

Donation protected
2/20/19  Our precious little 4 year old Delilah was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuroblastoma. She will need surgery, chemo and other forms of treatment. Her doctors have advised her parents treatments will be no less than one year and could very well be much longer. Her Mommy and Daddy have not left her side. Her Daddy Irvin works in Northern California near San José. He is working on transferring to the Los Ángeles area but in the meantime, we don’t want him to worry about anything else but being by his baby girls side. Her Mommy Samantha is also expecting a new baby in May, for this reason she can’t be near her for many of the exams that include some form of radiation. Although  grandparents are near they are caring for Delilah’s 2 year old little sister Summer. For these reasons it’s imperative that her Daddy be there. Any donation will be greatly appreciated no matter how small. We continue to be hopefull and stay strong in our faith that our little angel will pull through and that her doctors will do everything in their power to make our baby girl better. Please join us in contuing to pray for the sweetest little girl you could ever meet.  My Delilah says: I love you with all my heart ❤️Update; 5/13/19 Help me keep my Delilah’s GoFundMe page going.Sammi and Irvin have very publicly announced that they have been using some alternative forms of treatments. First off  we can not say thank you enough to everyone for your continued love and support at every fundraising event. Initially at diagnosis docs mentioned treatment would be at least a year long. After we learned how much the cancer had metastasized, docs then said to expect treatments to go on for at least 2 years.  We are hopeful and are staying strong in faith in Jesus precious  name that the alternative treatments will change this timeline and our Princess will make a much quicker recovery with the least bit of extreme and toxic treatments possible. Im going to go a little quick in this paragraph to fast forward to today. The family had just moved back to Bakersfield when this journey began. They had to break their lease and find an apartment in downtown Los Angeles so they could be near the hospital Delilah is being treated at. As we all know, rent is extremely high in that area. With all the fundraising (thank you so much again!) this was made possible. Irvin Delilah’s Daddy was very fortunate as well that the company he works for transferred him to the Los Angeles area. He was commuting previously to San Jose CA for work. He was able to hold on to his medical insurance as well, thank God.With that said, the oils our Delilah needs are very costly. Her supply is roughly $800  every 2 weeks (this is on the low end). They have found some vendors that are somewhat cost effective. Today our Princess is unfortunately in the hospital. She has completed 4 rounds of chemo which consist of a 5 day hospital stay each time. She receives a few forms of chemo each day during her stay. Thank God her Mommy and Daddy have began her alternative treatments early,  as she has done her extremely well tolerating the harsh treatments that basically strip down her immune system to basically no immune system, which make it impossible to fight off any virus or infection on her own. Our Princess spiked a fever early Saturday morning at home and was admitted back to the hospital. She will remain there until she is fever free for at least 48 hours at the very minimum. In the meantime if you have been following Delilah’s story you know her mommy was pregnant and delivered a baby boy (Jaxson Rock)last week 5/2/19 while Delilah was in the hospital receiving her last round of chemo. Delilah was on the floor above her Mommy. Although her Daddy was fortunate to have his job transferred, he has had to miss so much work due to the fact that her Mommy couldn’t be at many of Delilah’s treatments due to pregnancy not to mention he had to be with his wife while she delivered the new baby. He doesn’t have paid sick leave.  Grandparents and other family members have all pitched in to help with the care of Delilah and her 2 year old sister Summer. This young family needs all the help they can get. Prayer warriors please continue to include our Delilah and her family in your prayers. Please keep her in your good thoughts. You social media pros please continue to share her story and her gofundme page.If you bought T-shirts wear them and share her story when someone asks about it. Post pictures wearing her shirts and add her hashtag #DelilahLoveStrong I still have T-shirts by the way if you are interested. Our Princess is a true warrior! She is a trooper who has a very strong will tofight this! She is probably a favorite to all her nurses and doctors. Who we give thanks to as well for handling our girl with the best of care. Side note: The tipping is optional on GoFundMe.
