Hi my name is Victoria. I’m starting a fundraiser for our mothers Delilah Williamson’s memorial. On August 19th she sadly passed. She has been missing for months and after missing persons reports and a dna test the results came back a match.. we found out Dec 19th the horrible news. We are doing a fundraiser as her daughters Victoria Laci and Kristina are young adults and do not have the financial resources.
